1. Cancel renewal
Users may stop future charges through the available interface or billing@wicsora.ru. Confirmation should identify when paid access ends.
2. Cardless trial
When no card is collected, trial expiry creates no charge. Access moves to Free or another state disclosed in advance.
3. Refund request
Email billing@wicsora.ru from the account address, identifying the order and reason without sending card details. Requests are assessed individually under mandatory consumer rights and delivered service.
4. Timing and result
Response time and refund method depend on order verification and the payment provider. The site does not promise automatic refunds or a blanket refusal before rules are approved.
5. Data and access
Subscription cancellation does not delete the account. Data deletion is requested separately through privacy@wicsora.ru or the application.
